| Day 1. | Arrive Bishkek, drive to the Chong-Kemin valley.
|
|---|
| Day 2-3. | Paddle gorges of the Chong-Kemin River (class 4/4+). One class 5/5- rapid (The Green) can be portaged if necessary. Light boats run, road is along the river.
|

| Day 4. | Drive to the Kekemeren River. An option can be to drive more difficult road to see beautiful Son-Kul Lake.
|

| Day 5-6. | Paddle the upper Kekemeren River (Class 4/4+). Two class 5/5- rapids (The Staircase and The Double-Tomb) can be portaged if necessary. Light boats run, road is along the river.

| Day 7-9. | Paddle the lower Kekemeren River till Naryn confluence and then Naryn River to the Toktogul Reservoir (Class 3-4). 3-day self-support run through series of powerful big water canyons.

| Day 10. | Drive back to Bishkek.

| Day 1. | Arrive Bishkek, drive to the upper Kekemeren valley.

| Day 2-3. | Paddle the upper Kekemeren River (Class 4/4+ (5)). Light boats run, road is along the river.

| Day 4. | Drive to the Smaller Naryn valley via Naryn town.
|

| Day 5. | Paddle the "confluence" canyon of the Smaller Naryn River (Class 4-5). One-day light boats run, road is generally along the river. Drive to the Greater Naryn valley.

| Day 6. | Paddle the "confluence" canyon of the Greater Naryn River (Class 4-5). One-day light boats run, but road is far from the river. Drive to Naryn town.

| Day 7. | Drive to the put-in for the Arpa River near Chinese border.

| Day 8-10. | Paddle the Arpa River till Kosh-Tube village (Class 4-5). 3-day completely self-support run in some of the remotest gorges of the Inner Tien-Shan.

| Day 11. | Spare day.
|

| Day 12. | Drive back to Bishkek.
