Veslo.Ru "The Chronic Aquatics' Club" (Veslo=Paddle) is a large but quite closed community mainly consisting of catarafters and recreational kayakers. If you don't need high-grade whitewater but rather a long wilderness trip information, people here can be helpful. Kayak.Ru The "Octopus Club" are about a dozen of people who now rarely go beyond picnic places. The site is nearly dead and the discussion forum is only useful for blah-blah-blah if you are one of them. The whole place worth mention primarily because of its resonant domain name.

Altayak.Ru This is a place where Altai, Novosibirsk and Kazakhstan kayakers hang out. The site can be useful as a last-minute information source about Siberia.

Watersport.Com.Ua Kayaking, tourism and whitewater slalom in the Ukraine. As the name suggests, this is the place to go if you need some specific information about the Ukraine.

Kayak.Lv "Kayak Fun Club Latvia". Can be helpful if you need information about Baltic countries. The site exists in Latvian, Russian and English but most of the information is in Latvian section.
